As part of the selection process, parents will receive a Google Form asking them about availability (dates on vacation, at camp, etc.). This form will be used as part of the selection process. Missing practices or even some games will not exclude the player from the selection process.

District Teams

If your son/daughter is selected to a District team, the season typically begins at the end of June and could continue through mid July. If the team advances to the state tournament or beyond, games could run through the end of July. If your son/daughter is selected, we ask that they be available for the length of that tournament as well as for the practices leading up to the tournament. Keep in mind there is a very short window to get the kids working as a team and possibly learning new positions. 

District teams have strict roster requirements, so managers will want to select players who are likely to be available for the entirety of the tournament.


Tournament Teams

Tournament teams have less strict requirements around roster size and hence more flexibility on availability.
